How is your dog’s health? Is there room for improvement?

If so, why not make it a priority in 2017 to get your dog into better shape? With 54% of all dogs either overweight or obese, many people can benefit from helping their dogs lose weight and improve their fitness levels.

I have never been a cat person, probably because I’m highly allergic to them and can’t have them in my home. If I touch one I have to wash my hands immediately. If I’m in a room with one, in no time at all, I can’t breathe. I’ve always thought they were cute, but I don’t know a lot about them.

With another Valentine’s Day is approaching, the special someone I want to spend the day with is my dog! After my husband passed away in 2013, Yankee has been there to love and support me in a way that no one else could. From curling up next to me on the couch in the evening to egging me on to go play ball with him, he has been by my side and helped me overcome the most difficult time in my life. I love it when my dog is doing something really cute or cool and I manage to get a great photo of it. I use my phone, and I’m sure you do too. Unlike my camera, I always have my phone with me making it easier to capture those special moments. But I’ve also noticed that often the pictures don’t turn out as well as they could be, or my dog moves or stops being cute before I can snap that photo. So what can we do to take better pictures of our dogs with our phones?
