We accept all major credit cards, cash and personal checks as forms of payment.
One hour aqua therapy sessions consist of a maximum of 55 minutes in the pool. Half hour sessions consist of a maximum of 25 minutes in the pool.
Factors that determine pool time include:
Do not feed your dog for at least 6 hours prior to your appointment or 10 to 12 hours if your dog has bowel control problems. You must let us know if your dog has bowel control problems.
Poop accidents in the pool are a very rare occurrence. If one occurs, a $150 charge may be assessed to partially cover the cost of cleanup. Session fees are non-refundable. If we know ahead of time your dog may have bowel control problems we can take appropriate measures to prevent an accident in the pool.
While canine massage, Reiki, and acupressure appointments are scheduled as hour long sessions, your dog will tell us when he or she is finished. We respect that and will end the session at that time.
On occasion, your dog may not be able to relax enough to allow us to perform the service, especially if unaccustomed to these type of therapies. During the session we’ll do our best, but there are no guarantees. We’ll never force anything on your dog.
Aromatherapy sessions are done in a 2 step process. In the initial session we go over what your concerns are with your dog. This includes going over the intake paperwork. In the second session, we give you essential oils and instruction on how to use them with the goal of helping your dog overcome the issues you are concerned about.
